Treehole Tales Language Club is dedicated to creating an inclusive and accessible environment for all children. We believe every child deserves the opportunity to participate, learn, and grow regardless of their physical, sensory, cognitive, or emotional needs.

Our Commitment:

• All activities are designed with flexibility to support different learning styles and abilities.

• Staff receive ongoing training on inclusive practices and adaptive teaching methods.

• Our physical setup aims to be safe and navigable for children with mobility needs.

Individual Support: If your child requires specific accommodations, we encourage you to share this information with us during registration. We will work closely with you to ensure appropriate support is in place so your child can fully engage and thrive.

Participation Agreement: While we strive to support all children, we also prioritize the safety and wellbeing of every participant and our staff. If a child displays ongoing disruptive or aggressive behavior that poses a risk to themselves, other children, or staff—and if all reasonable interventions have been exhausted—Treehole Tales Language Club reserves the right to end the child’s participation in the program.

Feedback and Improvements: We welcome suggestions and feedback from families to improve our accessibility practices. Your insights help us grow and better serve our community.
