Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At Treehole Tales Language Club, we offer flexible session packs to meet your family's needs. Please read the following policy carefully regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Session Packs Overview

We offer four types of session packs:

  • Trial Session (€15) – valid for 7 days

  • 1 Session (€60) – valid for 2 weeks

  • 10 Sessions (€550) – valid for 3 months

  • 15 Sessions (€750) – valid for 4 months

All sessions are 2 hours long and must be used within their respective validity periods. Unused sessions do not roll over or renew automatically unless a new pack is purchased.

2. Refund Conditions

Before First Session

  • A full refund is available if cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled first session of any purchased pack.

  • For the Trial Session, cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a refund.

After First Session

  • Once the first session has been attended, no full refunds will be issued.

  • For multi-session packs (10 or 15 sessions), if you wish to discontinue after attending the first session, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The value of used sessions (calculated at the individual session rate) will be deducted from your original payment. An administrative fee of €20 may also apply.

Missed Sessions

  • Missed sessions are non-refundable.

  • We may offer one make-up session per pack (if space allows), but this is not guaranteed.

Validity Period

  • Sessions must be used within their validity window (7 days, 2 weeks, 3 months, or 4 months depending on the plan).

  • Sessions can only be paused with a written medical note from a licensed healthcare provider.

  • No refunds will be issued for expired or unused sessions without valid medical documentation.

3. Cancellations by the Club

  • If a session is cancelled by Treehole Tales Language Club due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency), we will offer:

    • A rescheduled class, or

    • A full refund for the cancelled session if rescheduling is not possible.

4. Removal Due to Behavior

  • If a child is asked to leave due to consistent disruptive or aggressive behavior that affects the safety or well-being of others, we may issue a pro-rated refund for remaining unused sessions at the club's discretion.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
