Terms & Conditions

By enrolling your child in Treehole Tales Language Club, you (the parent or guardian) agree to the following terms:

1. Enrollment & Attendance:

• Programs are designed for children aged 5–8.

• If a child falls outside this age range, we will communicate with the parents/guardians in advance to find a solution that suits all parties.

• Enrollment is limited to 6 children per session.

• Parents must provide accurate and complete registration information.

• Punctual drop-off and pick-up are required to ensure smooth program flow.

2. Health & Safety:

• Inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs before attendance.

• Children who are visibly unwell (fever, contagious symptoms) should stay home.

• In case of minor injuries or incidents, first aid will be administered and guardians will be informed immediately.

3. Behavior Expectations:

• We foster a respectful, kind, and inclusive environment.

• Aggressive, unsafe, or consistently disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program after prior warnings and interventions.

4. Media Consent:

• With written consent, your child may be photographed or recorded for internal use or promotional materials.

• Consent can be withdrawn at any time in writing.

5. Liability:

• While we prioritize safety, Treehole Tales Language Club is not liable for minor accidental injuries that may occur during participation.

6. Program Changes & Cancellations:

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions. In such cases, families will be notified and offered refunds or credits.

• Any changes to the schedule, staff, or programming will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

7. Agreement to Terms:

• By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and support a positive learning environment for all children.
